Kitimat/Skeena Report
Here are our latest Chinook of the season. The Killer Whales are pushing fresh fish into the system on a regular basis. Rivers colors are glacier green and low water is the story. For our saltwater anglers fish are stacking up at the mouth of the river so trolling is very productive.
Yesterday on the water we watched a Wolf follow us down the river very curious as well an Osprey flying overhead.
As for the Skeena mainstem, Sockeyes are running in small numbers as well a nice push of fresh Chinook.
Our latest guests are from Scotland and Saskatoon. With Canada Day getting closer, the Chum Salmon are also arriving, see you on the water.
