Kalum/Kitimat River Report
This weeks guests were first timers on the river for their very first Steelheads. Husband and wife combo, the Kochans landed 9 Steelhead and Texas released another 4 fish so the three days on the water proved to be very productive. Most of the fish were big males 36"x18" as well the one day a nice group of fresh females. Rivers conditions are excellent on the Kitimat, low and clear. The Kalum is in excellent shape and the upper drifts are our best producers. Attached are a few pics of the Kochans and some of the beautiful Steelhead they landed and released. The Steelhead photo gallery on the website has others from our latest trips on the local north coast streams.
Next week the Stark threesome as well the Whitaker threesome will be with us for more hot action.
