Salmon report Kitimat and Skeena Rivers
Attached is a picture of Billy from Ireland with a chrome Chinook on fly, fresh from the Kitimat River, as he landed the Salmon Grand Slam of Fishing. Testing his will to catch, he landed all 5 Salmon species on his flyrod as well a Dolly Varden and Cutthroats while adventuring the rivers of Northern BC. Also his co-pilot Paul displays a chrome bar of Silver as the Coho run is getting better each day. Also attached is the Wilner threesome who made the Pinks and Chums dance while landing Salmon in the hundreds. These boys loved to fish and father Eric is holding a fresh Kitimat Coho while the boys are displaying the dog pound image with a pair of respectable Chum Salmon caught on the single-handed and the Spey.
Our last group of the week was the family affair from the USA and attached is pic of Alex with a Chum Salmon.
The Skeena is stating to turn on as well as the Steelhead, Sockeye, Coho and Pin Salmon are running in very nice numbers, tight lines.
