Kitimat River Salmon Report
Our flyguys are having a ball these days as attached pic of Brett the British bulldog holding a King Salmon pushing the 30lb mark. This bad boy took his 8wt flyrod to the max and as you can see he is holding this baby like a newborn.
Also the Danish Prince proved he could tussle with the Chinooks on the fly as well. Here is a pic of a Chromer he smacked while drifting the Kitimat with guide Ferd.
Our top fish of the season proved to be a 51.5 lber that took a gold colored quikfish, attached is angling guide Barley that guided an Austrian couple into this bruiser.
Not to be outdone was another European client who landed 11 Chinook in 2 days while drifting with us. Our last group of the week was the Whitemans from Ireland and attached are pics of Russell in his fishing outfit and the ladies enjoying the hot BC weather.
Next week the Wilners, David’s boys, Eicheners, and Cesar from Spain, tight lines.
